Alone

So.. I’m all alone..
It’s almost a week now since my sister left the country. I’m having a hard time adjusting to this new found freedom. Am I happy? No. I missed her when she left, but today, I missed her so bad. Wherever you are, I hope you’re ok.
I’ve always wanted to stand on my own, not needing consent to anyone, burden to no one, freedom to decide. I thought, for me to be a better person, I have to live alone and decide for my own. My wish has been granted. I am totally independent.
Ok, this is what I wanted so what am I griping about?
Today is…well, different. For the first time since my sister left, I didn’t want to be alone. I need company. I feel social. Depression is creeping on me as minutes pass by and I hate the feeling. This apartment, this bare walls, this room is like a crippling internal asylum. The silence..the tranquility.. It’s screaming so loud it makes my head hurt. 
I know I’m still adjusting but it’s harder than I thought.

It’s Monday. I hate this fucking day, well who does?.. Ugh. I’m gona try to cheer myself up so, someone has to suffer bwahahaha! I’m gona make a video with my friend’s face on it. How? Why jibjab of course! 
Ok, I need names.. hmm, Gloria? Ugh.. I hate politics. What about ate Letty, my neighbor. haha I’d like to put her face on the video but she cooks so well, dont wana piss her or I’ll never taste her grilled squid again. hehe George is a top candidate of course but I dont have his pic on my PC - he’s a good friend and a clown lmao.

Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology

It’s Saturday morning woo hoo! I have all day to play. Yeah, I am back to my to my old self, unfortunately. I have tried so hard to quit my gaming life but failed.You know what they say - once a hardcore gamer, always a hardcore gamer. Blame it to my co-workers. Bad 
influence lurks everywhere. hehe I’m kidding, they are good friends. I guess I am addicted when I want and choose to be addicted. In my college years, I was so engrossed in a bunch of online games that I had to play every second I get. hah! Those were the days. I can confidently say that I am now beyond that stage because gaming is now just my past time activity. Something that I do to kill boredom. My addiction surprisingly shifted to reading books, but I’ll blog about that some other time. What I want is just play video games the whole day today.
Let’s see… ugh.. Ok, well I decided to play the newly installed game to my Portable Play Station. The title is Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology. So what is this game about?
My preferred genre of games has always been RPG, Role Playing Games if you’re not 
familiar with the term. As with just about every RPG ever created, Radiant Mythology throws you down in the middle of a world in chaos and it’s up to you to save the day. If you’re a big fan of Final Fantasy series, it’s similar in some ways but the big difference is while Final Fantasy is a turn-based RPG, Radiant mythology isn’t. Which means, you don’t need to choose what specific skill or action you need to take during combat - the actions are automatic. Turn-based games for me are very challenging and interesting at the start but gets really boring towards the latter part of the game. What’s cool about Radiant Mythology is the ability to customize your character including the hair, skin color, and even the voice. I believe Radiant Mythology is a sequel. Might as well download and install the prequel. When I play RPG games, I always choose range-typed classes. I find melee-typed classes boring. I hate hack and slash. I prefer a hit and run or nuke em all attitude. 
The question is, will I be able to finish this game? Even I do not know the answer. I hope it has a very good story that will keep me glued for several days. I’ll end this up with a picture of Kanono,isn’t she cute?

My body tells me to rest..
My work says I should quit whining and do my job..
My mind tells me that I should have listened to my sister’s advice not to go to DFA on either Mondays or Tuesdays.
My sister says I told you so.
I feel like i was beat up and someone kicked me one too many times where the sun don’t shine…
It’s almost midnight and I’m watching Hollow Man 2.
The movie sucks. I should have bought SAW instead. What a goddamn ripoff!!!
I’m going to bed..
I hope I’m alive tomorrow.

The hosting company is kind enough to remove the forced adverts on this site so I’m keeping it. However, I decided to unlink my personal sites and my other blogs for the reason that I would like this page to be my anonymous output. I do have rants and I’m kind of “evil” in some degree (don’t worry, I wouldn’t hurt a fly hehe). Just to give you an example of how “evil” I am, just today when I was at DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs that is), I wanted to scream out so loud until every single ear around me bleeds. Their system is a fucking joke. I was there for 3 hours just to get my fucking appointment? There were so many people and the guards are not very helpful. Give me a chance to manage this government institution and I will overhaul their goddamned system and fire those arrogant guards. To top it all, it rained! Ugh.. Just thinking of what I went through today is really uncomfortable. I got chills and muscles pains, think I’m gonna be sick.
Not that evil see? Anyway, I just want to have some place to dispose off my negative vibes and this page is my waste basket. It’s almost midnight and I’m sick. Got.. to…. sleep…… zzz

Ok, I have my own ads at my page but I never like pop ups. That ad at the bottom of this page also isn’t mine so what the hell!? I’m sure this isn’t wordpress. I just sent a message to the hosting company, I hope they can fix this. Ugh.. oh well.. maybe I should start paying for hosting now.

Firefox Extensions - My Picks

I did promise to blog about Firefox, so here it is.
I have been using Firefox for the past few months since Firefox 1.0 was released. I wasn’t a fan of Firefox back then - in fact about 90% of the time I used IE - but it did catch my attention. I remember some time last year when I was working on a project. I was typing an article (a very important article) in a notepad and surfing at the same time when a pop up window ruined everything. My screen froze and I had to reboot. I didn’t save my document. I was so pissed that I almost threw my keyboard away. I thought IE is useless and I swore I would never use IE again so I decided to switch to Firefox. A few months after, I was converted to the only true browser - Firefox.
Mozilla Firefox has taken the market by storm. With improved security and privacy, Firefox is a great choice for anyone looking to really enhance their web surfing experience. Plus, it’s customizable. It has so many advantages over IE, I suggest you go to Firefox’s official website (click here) for some reads. One very useful feature that I would like to mention is it’s session restore. Ok, it isn’t a “perfect” browser but when it crashes (mind you, it doesn’t crash as often as IE) and you have several tabs open, you can relaunch it with all the tabs intact. Pretty cool huh?
I have compiled some my favorite Firefox extensions. See if you have some on the list.
1. Gmail Space - Great way to utilize Gmail’s huge space (4.1 Gb!!) to share/store files. So far, I’ve used up about 1 Gig of my account mostly mp3 files.
2. Scribefire - Bloggers! This is a must have extension. It’s a browser integrated editor (with full set of text editing tools) that let’s you compose and publish blogs from your browser. I don’t really use this tool often especially if I’m going to add images and videos but for a quick and “journal” style blogging this tool is really useful.
3. StumbleUpon - This is the coolest extension so far. Install the plugin, create a StumbleUpon account and start surfing. Easy right? What’s cool about this is the quality of web sites it takes you is really good. I use this plugin all the time and I must say it is very addictive.
4. Faster Fox - Increases page load times. I recommend this.
5. del.icio.us - The leading social bookmarking. Also a must have for bloggers.
6. Colortabs - If you want a color coded tabs and make them more pleasing in the eye, install this plugin. You’ll love it.
7. Download Statusbar - I download files and softwares everyday and I hate it when a download window pops up. This plugin takes away the download window and puts the download status at the bottom of the browser. It’s customizable too.
8. Fast Video Download - I’m a jibjaber and a youtuber, this extension downloads and saves videos from these sites directly to my hard drive. Love it. Supports these video hosting servers: Google video, My Space, Daily Motion, iFilm, Current.TV, Angry Alien, AG.ru, Streetfire and V-Social.
9. EditCSS - Allows you to edit style sheets in the sidebar.
10. Gish It! - You want a disposable email address? Use this extension. Whenever you register online and it requires you to enter your email address and you don’t trust the site, Gish It provides a disposable email address to use. All emails going into the disposable email address will be forwarded to your private email address. You can also configure the disposable email as to it’s expiration etc.

Okay well I’ve had few depressing posts, but nevermind about that. I also suck at blogging lately. I’ve really been out of it and I’ve had so much on my mind. I have lost the ability to spell in my weariness. I have only had a few downers lately but I’m learning to ignore them. Conflicts in the office for the past couple of weeks is really a struggle and it sometimes bothers me because you know I’m only human and it kind of takes it’s toll on me but then I realize those office issues are not my problems so, I just ignore them - and those people, involved.
Everything is looking up again. I knew that I was really stressed out and let pessimism come over me for a bit but I guess that side that is ever the optimist never gave up the hope that everything will turn out okay in the end. Some tips: 1. Dont take life so seriously. 2. Have faith that everything will work out in the end. 3. Remember that there will be times that are hard but realize that it’s just another bump in the road to overcome. Another challange to face and to learn from.
Well honestly, I don’t really know how to be optimistic. My personality is more of a sunny, upbeat and let loose kinda vibe so i don’t really know.
It’s Friday, and payday. Life is certainly being suhweeet.

I still remember the day we first met. Learning about each other was what we did then. Often wondered if the feeling will last.
I still have your letters, your cards, your gifts. I kept them somewhere safe. As I read the letters, memories flashed to old times. I was touched and caught in a daze. Out of the blue my emotions poured out.
Now that we’ve gone a long way, I no longer doubt. We are meant to be. My soul is yours to own.
